报告题目：Evolutionary Computation for Dynamic Optimization Problems

摘要:Evolutionary Computation (EC) encapsulates a class of stochastic optimisation algorithms, which are inspired by principles from natural and biological evolution. EC has been widely used for solving stationary optimisation problems in many fields. However, many real-world problems are dynamic optimisation problems (DOPs), which are subject to changes over time. DOPs have attracted a growing interest from the EC community in the last two decades due to the importance in EC’s real-world applications. This talk will first briefly introduce the concept of EC for DOPs, then review the main approaches developed to enhance EC methods for DOPs, and describe several case studies. Then, the current trends on EC for DOPs will be discussed. Finally, the challenges and future work on EC for DOPs will be briefly discussed.

杨圣祥教授简介：1999年获东北大学博士学位。1999-2012年，分别在英国伦敦国王学院，莱斯特大学和布鲁内尔大学工作。现任英国德蒙福特大学（De Montfort University）计算机科学与信息学院教授，计算智能研究中心主任和人工智能研究院副主任。杨教授长期从事计算智能理论、方法及应用研究，在计算智能方法、进化计算求解动态优化和多目标优化问题、智能网络优化等方面的研究做出了突出贡献，其研究工作得到英国工程和物理科学基金会、英国皇家工程学会、英国皇家学会、欧盟以及工业界的大力资助，先后承担了30余项科研基金项目。出版英文编著2部，编辑国际会议论文集8部,发表论文390多篇，其中SCI期刊论文190余篇，其Google Scholar引用17600余次，H-index为70，入选2021年和2022年美国斯坦福大学发布的全球人工智能和图像处理领域前2%顶尖科学家榜单。杨教授应邀担任10余种国际知名期刊副主编或编委，担任国际大会程序委员会主席和分会主席60余次，并应邀做国际会议大会报告或专题报告30余次，曾任IEEE计算智能协会进化计算技术委员会动态和不确定环境下的进化计算专家组主席和IEEE计算智能协会智能系统应用技术委员会智能网络系统专家组创始主席。杨圣祥教授是东北大学教育部“长江学者”讲座教授(2019-2022)。
